Vendor information
Vendors must be set up and checked in no later than 8:30 AM Saturday.
Vendors may not break down until 5:00 PM.
All tables must be covered with a tablecloth.
All merchandise sold and displayed at the show must be gun or knife related.
Vendors selling re-manufactured ammunition must provide a $1 million insurance certificate with Florida Gun Shows listed as additional insured.
All firearms displayed on tables, including firearms in glass cases, must be secured with plastic ties.
Gun dealers must comply with all current Florida gun laws and must be Florida residents.

Miami Gun Show is listed on July 17–18, 2027 at Miami-Dade Fairgrounds in Miami, Florida.
The show is open Saturday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM; general admission is $17.
Special admission: Children 12 & under free.
Law enforcement in uniform free.
All persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The show is promoted by Florida Gun Shows.
Vendor tables are $130 for an 8 ft aisle table and $140 for an 8 ft wall table.
