These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gun Show Nation, operated by Vital 24, Inc.

By accessing or using Gun Show Nation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About Gun Show Nation

Gun Show Nation is an independent informational directory and discovery platform for gun shows and related businesses, promoters, vendors, venues, and services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gun Show Nation and Vital 24, Inc. do not organize, operate, manage, sponsor, control, or produce the gun shows listed on the website.

A listing on Gun Show Nation does not by itself indicate an endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation between Gun Show Nation and the listed promoter, venue, vendor, business, or event.

2. Event and Listing Information

Gun Show Nation attempts to provide useful and reasonably accurate information, but event and listing information may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, changed, postponed, or cancelled.

Information may originate from promoters, venues, vendors, publicly available sources, user submissions, or other sources.

Dates, times, locations, admission prices, rules, vendor information, amenities, contact information, and other details may change without notice.

You are responsible for confirming important information directly with the event promoter or other appropriate official source before traveling, purchasing tickets, booking lodging, making purchases, or otherwise relying on a listing.

Gun Show Nation does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of any listing.

3. Historical Listings

Gun Show Nation may retain pages for events that have already occurred.

Historical pages are provided for informational, archival, discovery, and reference purposes.

Information displayed on historical pages may reflect information available to Gun Show Nation and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every listed detail was ultimately accurate or that the event occurred exactly as described.

4. Verified Listings

Gun Show Nation may offer verification, claiming, or similar features.

A “Verified” designation, if displayed, means that a listing, promoter, business, identity, or information has satisfied the verification process used by Gun Show Nation at that time.

Verification does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, endorsement, certification of quality, or promise that every piece of information will remain accurate.

Event information can change after verification.

5. User Accounts

Certain features may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information where required and not to impersonate another person or organization.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Gun Show Nation, its users, third parties, or the integrity of the service.

6. Listing Claims and Submissions

If you submit, claim, edit, or provide information for a listing, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that, to the best of your knowledge, the information is accurate and not misleading.

Gun Show Nation may review, edit, reject, remove, correct, or decline to publish submitted information.

Gun Show Nation is not obligated to publish or maintain any particular listing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Gun Show Nation name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, software, organization, and other original content created by or for Gun Show Nation are owned by Vital 24, Inc. or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Names, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other materials associated with third-party promoters, venues, vendors, businesses, and events remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on Gun Show Nation does not imply ownership or endorsement by Gun Show Nation.

8. Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit text, photographs, logos, event information, listing information, or other content to Gun Show Nation, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide it.

You grant Vital 24, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and display Gun Show Nation and the relevant listing or service.

You retain any ownership rights you otherwise have in your submitted content.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use Gun Show Nation to:

• violate applicable law;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with website operation or security;
• introduce malware or malicious code;
• scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract substantial portions of the service in a manner that violates applicable law or these Terms;
• impersonate another person, promoter, vendor, business, or organization;
• submit knowingly false, fraudulent, infringing, or misleading information;
• abuse claiming, verification, review, voting, nomination, or other platform features; or
• use Gun Show Nation in a manner intended to harm the service or other users.

10. Firearms and Regulated Activities

Gun Show Nation is an informational and directory platform.

Gun Show Nation does not itself sell firearms through event listings, conduct firearm transfers, perform background checks, issue licenses, or determine whether a particular transaction is lawful.

Users, promoters, vendors, dealers, and other participants are responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to their activities.

Nothing on Gun Show Nation constitutes legal advice regarding firearm ownership, possession, transfer, transportation, sale, or use.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

Gun Show Nation may link to third-party websites, ticketing providers, promoter websites, social-media accounts, hotels, restaurants, travel services, advertisers, affiliates, or other resources.

Vital 24, Inc. does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, services, transactions, or conduct.

Use of third-party services is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

12. Advertising, Featured Listings, Sponsorships, and Affiliates

Gun Show Nation may offer paid listings, featured placement, advertising, sponsorships, or affiliate relationships.

Paid placement does not constitute a guarantee regarding the quality, safety, legality, reliability, or accuracy of an event, promoter, vendor, business, product, or service.

Where legally required, material commercial relationships will be disclosed.

13. No Professional Advice

Content on Gun Show Nation is provided for general informational purposes.

Nothing on the website constitutes legal, financial, safety, regulatory, or other professional advice.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gun Show Nation and its content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Vital 24, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, suitability, security, or operation of Gun Show Nation or information provided through it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vital 24, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or reliance on Gun Show Nation.

This includes, without limitation, losses associated with inaccurate or changed event information, cancelled or postponed events, travel, lodging, admission costs, purchases, third-party transactions, or reliance on third-party listings.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vital 24, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of Gun Show Nation, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit in violation of another party's rights.

17. Changes to Gun Show Nation

We may modify, add, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, listings, content, or portions of Gun Show Nation at any time.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature or listing will remain available.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The effective date displayed at the top indicates the most recent material update.

Continued use of Gun Show Nation after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vital 24, Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
