Gun Show Nation

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 18, 2026

Gun Show Nation ("Gun Show Nation," "GSN," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Vital 24, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and disclosed when you visit or use gunshownation.com and related Gun Show Nation services.

1. Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including information submitted when you:

• create or use an account;
• save shows or use other personalized features;
• contact Gun Show Nation;
• submit information about a gun show, promoter, vendor, venue, or other listing;
• request to claim or manage a listing; or
• otherwise communicate with us.

Depending on the feature used, this information may include your email address, account information, communications, listing information, and other information you choose to provide.

If you subscribe to attendee updates, we store your email address, selected state, subscription source, and subscription status so we can provide state-specific gun show updates. You do not need an account. A secure unsubscribe link stops updates for that state; other state subscriptions remain active.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you use Gun Show Nation, certain technical information may be collected automatically by us or by service providers that help operate the website.

This may include information such as browser type, device type, operating system, pages requested, referring pages, approximate location derived from general technical information, timestamps, and similar technical or usage information.

Gun Show Nation may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, or similar technologies necessary to operate features such as authentication, security, preferences, and saved information.

3. Accounts and Saved Shows

If you create a Gun Show Nation account, we may maintain information necessary to provide your account and personalized features.

For example, when you save a show, Gun Show Nation may associate that saved show with your account so that you can access it later.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• operate, maintain, secure, and improve Gun Show Nation;
• provide account and personalized features;
• display and maintain directory listings;

• protect the rights, property, and safety of Gun Show Nation, Vital 24, Inc., our users, and others.

5. Service Providers

Gun Show Nation relies on third-party service providers to operate portions of the website and its infrastructure.

These providers may process information on our behalf when necessary to provide hosting, database services, authentication, security, email delivery, website functionality, analytics, or other operational services.

Our current technology providers may include infrastructure and database providers such as Vercel and Supabase.

Third-party providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and contractual obligations.

6. Analytics

Gun Show Nation may use privacy-conscious analytics or similar measurement technologies to understand website traffic, feature usage, and interactions with listings.

8. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Affiliate Relationships

Gun Show Nation may display advertising, sponsored listings, featured listings, affiliate links, or other commercial content.

If Gun Show Nation receives compensation or may earn a commission from a recommendation or link where disclosure is required, we intend to identify that relationship clearly and appropriately.

9. Information Sharing

We may disclose information:

• to service providers that perform services on our behalf;
• when necessary to operate a feature requested by you;
• when required by law, legal process, or governmental request;
• when reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, users, or the public;

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our services, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the service, and comply with applicable law.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is maintained.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information.

However, no website, database, network, or method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
