How to Submit a New Gun Show

Submit a new show and at least one date range for GSN staff review from a promoter profile you manage.

Steps

  1. Sign in and open My GSN. If you have not claimed and received approval for a promoter profile, start with Find Your Promoter Profile and submit a claim.
  2. Select Manage Promoter, then Manage Shows, and select Add New Show.
  3. Enter the show name, venue name, address, city, state, and ZIP. Add the official website, hours, admission, parking, and vendor information when available.
  4. Enter at least one initial Start Date and End Date range. Select + Add Another Date to include more dates.
  5. Select Submit for Review. The submission is reviewed by GSN and appears in the show-management area after it is approved.
